St. Croix Mojo Salt Spinning Rods

The St. Croix Mojo Salt Spinning Rods are St. Croix’s premium line of spinning rods. The Rod blanks are constructed with SCII carbon, FRS, linear S-glass, and utilize St. Croix’s Advanced Reinforcing Technology(ART), a carbon fiber material that adds a magnitude (10X) of strength with virtually no increase in blank diameter. ART substantially increases hoop strength of the rod blanks, preventing deformation or “ovaling” under extreme stress.

The Mojo Salt rod blanks also feature ST. Croix’s Integrated Poly Curve(IPC) technology, a design with a more uniform wall thickness from tip to butt. IPC effectively eliminates all transition points within the rod blank, increasing strength and sensitivity. Bringing the construction of the rods together is the Fortified Resin System(FRS), which combines a fortified super resin with an advanced curing process to prevent micro buckling by keeping the carbon fibers in proper alignment. The rod construction is completed with two coats of Flex-Coat slow cure finish.

The Mojo Salt Spinning Rods use Sea Guide boat rod guides with aluminum oxide rings and corrosion resistant SS304(stainless steel) black frames. Holding the reel is a Fuji DPSH heavy duty reel seat. The Mojo Salt Rods come standard with an EVA foam handle, and a Kigan hook keeper. The design and technology used by St. Croix produced an incredibly lightweight and durable spinning rod great for every fishing trip.
