The Niiyama Lures 9″ Malolo is a hand crafted and painted versatile fish head lure that can go anywhere in your spread and will attract bites from just about any saltwater species you will want to fish. This beautiful lure is hand made by Jon Niiyama in Hawaii and comes with his painted signature on the steps. The quality and attention to detail is first-class; the lure has lifelike gills and textured fins.

This is not just a work of art, but a very functional and effective lure. We recommend throwing a 10/0 single or double hook rig with 50-130 lb line on this lure and troll it at 5-12 knots for optimal results. The back profile of the steps have an oval shape that is designed for flashabou skirts.
