The smaller SPM12II and SPM16II are paired with the Graftech Offshore Rods, which are 7’8″ with line ratings between 40 to 60 lbs. The Graftech Railrods can take advantage of the power of the larger Speedmaster 20 and 25. These rods are designed for tackling large Yellowfin and Bluefin tunas, so they are built extra tough. They are designed by Rick Ozaki and are built with quality and great components, such as the aluminum reel seat and heavy duty guides. The extremely durable, high-performance SpeedMaster II, with high maximum drag power and a smooth, ultra-wide range of drag adjustability is a fish fighting machine. It’s rigid Hagane Body prevents misalignment of moving parts under the heaviest loads. Plus, a spare drag lever is included for optimal use with monofilament lines.
